SIPERNAT® 835 is a precipitated synthetic sodium magnesium aluminosilicate that can be effective as a titanium dioxide extender for paints and coatings applications. It is also used as a gloss sheen control agent.
Sipernat 835 offers an innovative solution to decrease TiO2 consumption in water-based paints while simultaneously improving their overall quality by increasing scrub resistance, whiteness, and contrast ratio.
Sipernat 835 is an easy material to disperse and has excellent flow ability in water, making it suitable for use in all sorts of water-based coatings, from wood preservatives and industrial and architectural paints to interior plasters, interior plasters and roof coatings. It has proven particularly useful in high PVC formulations based on VAE or vinyl acrylic binders.
It works equally well in all formulations and dilutions as well as being compatible with latex systems dilutable latex systems; its excellent pigment extension properties and rheology control as well as corrosion resistance enhancement make this material especially valuable when it comes to reducing TiO2 costs overall and total system cost reduction overall.
Evonik products may be combined to form an effective system to partially replace TiO2 in water-based paints for increasing extender efficiency without impacting print quality or for maintaining excellent opacity at lower extender levels.
A combination of premium kaolin with cutting-edge processing technology creates sealed voids within each particle of Kaolin which results in low specific gravity with superior opacity properties; larger particle sizes result in greater coating opacity for which many grades are available. It can also be combined for use in creating odourless stain blocking primers, basement waterproofing solutions and correction fluids, floor marking paints, traffic marking paints, as well as
non-yellowing floor and traffic marking paints that contain this product.
Sipernat 835 comes in packing size of 20kgs Paper bags, readily available at our Bhiwandi warehouse.
